The zigzag hemmer 6 mm # 66 works on a similar principle to the presser feet specially developed for straight stitching. With this hemmer foot, too, the fabric is fed into the feed dog from the front and folded over twice for optimum reinforcement. The hem is then sewn with a zigzag stitch. The guide on the 6 mm # 66 hemmer is located in the sole and allows the hem to glide smoothly under the foot. With a stitch width of 6 mm, this BERNINA presser foot is ideal for sewing projects with medium-weight fabrics.

This foot is suitable for BERNINA machines manufactured before 1996.
