Ideal for machines with a 9mm stitch width
For machines with a 5.5mm stitch width, select foot 2

The stitches are created via the bar on the inside of the presser foot, which provides additional thread. This prevents the fabric from puckering. A flat and elastic seam is formed. You can also sew first-class hems, cuffs, and ribbed seams on knitted fabrics.

This foot is not suitable for BERNINA machines older than 1996.
