It is particularly well suited for neatening simple seams. The stitches are formed over the bar on the inside, which gives them additional thread. This prevents the fabric from puckering. The result is a flat and elastic seam. You can also use the overlock foot to sew high-quality hems, cuffs, and drawstring seams on knitted fabrics.

This foot is not suitable for BERNINA machines older than 1996.
