The open embroidery foot #20D is the expert for embroidery on the sewing machine. It handles Richelieu embroidery and circular embroidery as well as sewing lines and patterns with ease.

When sewing decorative stitches, the trapezoidal recess on the underside of the foot ensures perfect fabric feed. The foot also does not obscure the view of the stitches.
For fabrics that do not slide easily, there is also a special sliding sole (No. 56) for the open embroidery foot No. 20D. Thanks to its excellent design, it makes sewing on ribbons and creating attractive appliqués a breeze.

This foot is not compatible with BERNINA machines older than 1996.
