This presser foot can be used to sew buttonholes with or without thread inserts in any length. Another possible application is gathering with thread and elastic thread (smocking). When used with the buttonhole foot and the button sewing foot, you can sew perfect buttonholes.

This foot is not suitable for BERNINA machines manufactured before 1996.
