The blind stitch foot No. 5 is the expert for invisible hems. Whensewing blind hems with this foot, the stitching points are barely visible on the front. With the blind stitch foot No. 5, the stitch is made using a special guide plate, which means that it is sewn on more loosely and lies nice and flat.

When the material is smoothed out, the stitch marks on the front close and the seam becomes almost invisible. In addition, the guide plate ensures an even distance from the break edge during sewing, and the hem is finished evenly and cleanly.

Blind stitch foot #5 is suitable for practically all materials. With the needle in the left or right position, it can also be used for narrow edge stitching on medium-weight and thick fabrics.

This foot is suitable for BERNINA machines manufactured before 1996.
