Buttonhole punch with wooden base

The buttonhole punch with wooden base is ideal for opening finished buttonholes. The wooden base is placed under the fabric to be worked on, while the buttonhole punch is pressed down from above. Light pressure is sufficient to cut through the fabric. The knife attached to the cutter is placed in the middle between the threads and cuts through the hole directly onto the wooden base underneath. Thanks to its fine design, the blade enables precise and clean cutting without damaging the threads and bars. This prevents unsightly creases, especially on coats.
